Rebecca believes strongly in helping combat tribal elder abuse. She primarily works on indigenous elder abuse issues, research related to elder abuse, tribal codes, and developing guides. Rebecca earned her JD from George Mason University School of Law, where her primary focus was criminal law, and more specifically, domestic violence law.
