Breanna Phillips is a dedicated supervisor at Oneida Aging & Disability Services, where she
oversees staff and serves in the critical role of addressing elder abuse within the community. As a descendant of both the Oneida and Menominee tribes, Breanna brings a deep sense of cultural connection, responsibility, and pride to her work.
Her passion lies in serving the elders and individuals with disabilities of the Oneida Nation, ensuring they receive compassionate support, advocacy, and respectful care.

Breanna values the opportunity to uplift her community and contribute to the wellbeing of those who have shaped its history and future. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors on warm summer days and cherishing moments with her husband and their two dogs. Grounded, caring, and looking for fun, Breanna is committed to making a meaningful difference every day.
